dozens of the most important world leaders. >>> mary landrieu cast the deciding vote for obama care. >> southern democrats under attack. could republicans turn the state red by picking off a few vulnerable dems? good morning, i'm chris jansing. washington lawmakers getting close to something that almost never happens these days, a deal. they're headed back to d.c. right now to hammer out the details, but this budget agreement may not be much to write home about. the "washington post" basically called the agreement a cease-fire. we don't know many of the details but it's no grand bargain. it doesn't deal with entitlements, the debt or tax reform and probably won't completely fix the sequester, but aides for senator patty murray and congressman paul ryan, the budget chairs working on the deal are at least determined to keep the government open and they think they can get the plan together for a vote later this week. one of the final sticking points in the deal could be unemployment. friday the unemployment rate dropped to 7%. that's the lowest since november of 2008. federal benefits

to get things done. like immigration, like a lot of things in implementing fully obama care? >> to me there's an interesting thing here of what comes between those two points. if you look at the speech he gave on economic justice wednesday, clearly the president has big ideas, has a big agenda. he's not done with that. these are things he's discussed from the very beginning since he began running in 2007. to me what was interesting in watching your interview yesterday was when he talked about republicans. it's not he's completely resigned to the obstructionism, that they've presented, but i didn't get a sense of a lot of fight. he talked about being persistent. but i think if he wants to rally those segments that robert talked about and he referred to at the interview, he has to be concrete in what he's asking people to rally behind. take some of these grand ideas that he talked about on wednesday that he's talked about before whether it's raising the minimum wage, expanding head start to get investment going. whatever he talked about, he has more credibility now with these new employ

signed up for obama care. the administration now admitting that there were problems processing new enrollment records. meaning many of those who think they've signed up for health insurance may still not be covered come january 1st. elizabeth prann has the details in washington. >> there are additional fears with those who think they have already signed up. the glitch per taking to electronic files sent from healthcare.gov to insurance companies. they're called 834 forms. companies use them to bill consumers. about 1 in 10 of those forms are showing errors such as misspelling, missing entries or a duplicate entry. in turn, the companies can't complete the transaction if any of thesing innings are raised. the white house says it's still a work in progress for the contractors. >> they're making sure everyone who enrolled is enrolled and addressing the challenges that were particularly keen in the beginning of this process. on the back end, the 834 forms. >> republican lawmaker, vow the fight to repeal obama care in light the administration's flip-flop on allowing folks to keep their

, like a lot of things in implementing fully obama care? >> to me there's an interesting thing here of what comes between those two points. if you look at the speech he gave on economic justice wednesday, clearly the president has big ideas, has a big agenda. he's not done with that. these are things he's discussed from the very beginning since he began running in 2007. to me what was interesting in watching your interview yesterday was when he talked about republicans. it's not he's completely resigned to the obstructionism, but i didn't get a sense of a lot of fight. he talked about being persistent. but i think if they want to rally -- and he referred to it. he has to be concrete in what he's to rally behind. take some of these grand ideas that he talked about on wednesday that he's talked about before whether it's raising the minimum wage, expanding head start to get investment going. he has more credibility now with these new employment numbers and making it concrete. sending bills to congress scene saying this is what we're going to fight for to give people next year motivatio
